ELC Students Back to School Part-Time Starting Monday, September 21st.

Busing Students

  • As students board the bus, our aides will be completing a health screening (daily attestation form, including temperature) every day for every student.
  •  PPE for the individuals who will be performing the health care screening will include a surgical mask, face shield, surgical gown, and gloves.
  • Though we recognize that ELC students are younger than five years old, masks are REQUIRED for every student who will be riding the bus.
  • Drivers will be utilizing a seating chart for contact tracing purposes.
  • Students who have a temperature 100.4+ or are experiencing symptoms at the time of their health screening will be sent back to their parent/guardian before they board the bus. In the event that a parent/guardian is not available, the school secretary/nurse will be notified at the school.

Because of time limitations as we begin to transport more students, the health screening provided by transportation is temporary and subject to change.

Parent Transport Students

  • Families will park their vehicles in the parking lot located on the west side of our building (entering the parking lot off of Marietta).
  • Families will walk their students up to breezeway located on the north side of the building (between the school and Church). Both parent and student are REQUIRED to wear a mask.
  •  Staff will be located outside the building to screen the students and walk them to class.

Drop off will start at 9:10am and 12:55pm.

  •  Pick up will be located at the north end of our building. Students will be outside waiting with their teacher.
  •  Families will park their vehicles and meet the teacher to sign the students out.

Pick up will start at 11:40am and 3:25pm.
